- Firstly take soaked sago strain and wash 5 or 6 time bcz remove extra starch.
- Heat the pan with 1 tsp oil add cashew nut,peanut roast it 5 min on lower flame transfer in a bowl keep it a side.
- Add same pan 1 tsp oil then add ginger and green chilli stirring 40 seconds add onion saute till it becomes change nice pinkish colour.
- Add sago and given all spices, curry leaves, to taste salt, lime juice, roasted dryfrurits stir and mix it properly on medium flame. stir it 3 or 4 min.
