- Get 1 tsp Cardamom Powder

- Dry roast the sabudana / sago on low flame till it slightly change in color.
- Let the sabudana cool down and blend it well.
- Crush almonds and cashews well. 4. In a pan add dessicated coconut and roast it for 2-3 min. on low flame.
- Then add sabudana powder, crushed almonds and cashews, ghee, cardamom powder and cook for 3-4 min on low flame.
