- Provide 2 tomatoes, sliced thick
- Use 1/2 Cup Sweet peas
- Prepare 2 tbls White Wine
- You need 1/4 cup Sweetcorn
- Use 1/4 Cup boiling water, add fish stock
- Use 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar

- Sprinkle lemon juice over the top, bring to boil cover with lid bring to the boil and turn down and simmer for 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes turn off and leave it covered for 5 minutes
